ECB 200 - Consumer Choice (SYS) (1)This course introduces ways organizations attempt to a) understand and b) influence their customer or client base. We explore the off-line and on-line journeys customers take, from initial awareness to final product purchase. We examine techniques for identifying groups of customers with similar needs or behaviors. We introduce practical methods by which organizations can influence consumers at different stages in their journey. Students will learn concepts and techniques applicable to both mission-driven and profit-driven organizations. Only open to sophomores. (Sophomore Year Seminar (SYS)) (Social Science)
