Requirements


A minimum of nine and ½ course credits, which include:

At least three of which must be at the 300 level, and which must be chosen from at least two different departments:

Note: Similar courses, if approved in advance in by the Gender Studies program, may also be chosen as electives.


One Experiential Learning Component


The experiential learning component may consist of an off-campus course, a service/practicum course, an internship/apprenticeship experience, or substantive activism or service component outside of a course (i.e., alternative spring break), which is selected and approved in consultation with advisers. This requirement may be fulfilled for academic credit or through volunteer roles.
