CHE 324 - Physical Chemistry II (1)

Thermodynamics and descriptions of systems of equilibria from both classical and statistical perspectives, molecular spectroscopy, quantum mechanics, atomic structure, and theories of reaction rates. This course has both classroom and laboratory components. This course also satisfies a 300-level PHY major requirement. Prerequisite: MAT 121 and either CHE 122 or CHE 161 Recommended prerequisite: MAT 122 and PHY 245
