CHE 323 - Physical Chemistry: Kinetics and Thermodynamics (1)

Concepts of physical chemistry, including the kinetic-molecular theory of gases, kinetics, quantum mechanics, atomic and molecular structure and energetics, spectroscopy, symmetry, and classical and statistical thermodynamics. This course has both classroom and laboratory components. This course also satisfies a 300-level PHY major requirement. Prerequisites: MAT 121 and either CHE 122 or CHE 161. Recommended prerequisite: MAT 122 and PHY 245.
