ECB 359 - Equity Valuation (1)

This course focuses on topics of financial management that involve forecasting and valuations, including time value of money, financial analysis (ratio analysis and cash flow analysis), pro-forma, cost of capital, and valuation models. The primary objective of this course is to provide students with a framework for analyzing financial information and to show how to apply this framework to do forecasting and valuations. This course integrates key concepts from finance, accounting, strategy and economics, and bridges the gap between ‘academic’ theory and ‘Wall Street’ practice. Prerequisites: ECB 151, ECB 102 or ECB 110, and one from ECB 210, ECB 223, ECB 225, or ECB 243
