The Management major offers students the opportunity for a generalized study of management or a specialized study of the field of personnel management. Students who choose the Management major must complete one of the tracks as defined below. Students may not double major in Management and either Business or Economics and Business.

A minimum of 14 course credits, to include the following required courses:

ECB 253 - Managerial Accounting (1)
ECB 210 - Introduction to Financial Management (1) OR ECB 243 - Investments (1)
ECB 326 - Managerial Economics (1)
PHI 223 - Business Ethics (1)
ECB 362 - Strategic Management Capstone Seminar (1)
ECB 327 - Organizational Behavior (1) OR ECB 328 - Human Capital Management (1)
