ECB 266 - Topics in Business Analytics (1)

Welcome to marketing analytics. This course explores both the business concepts and the data mining processes used to answer the following questions: 1) Who are our customers? 2) What do our customers want? and 3) Are our marketing efforts effective? Students will undertake business case studies from the Harvard Business School and will have the opportunity to create their own business case. The course extensively uses Analytic Solver Platform and MS Excel. Prerequisite(s): STA 201 or permission of instructor.
