ECB 354 - Business Analytics II (1)

This course enables students to develop spreadsheet models of business processes for more effective managerial decisions. The course emphasizes a data-driven approach for identifying potential opportunities and improvements in the value chain. Students will learn a variety of optimization models as they apply to business situations such as workforce scheduling and operations management. Students will also discover how managers address uncertainty through simulation models. The course will extensively use MS Excel plus additional software. Prerequisites: ECB 102 and STA 201 .
