CLA 382 - Roman Archaeology (1)

Introduction to excavating techniques in Roman lands; study of the material culture of the ancient Romans in order to understand their history and civilization from the monarchy to the republic to the empire. Registration entails additional costs when the course is taught in Italy. Prerequisite: a course from Classical Studies (CLA, GRE, or LAT) or Anthropology.
