ART 276 - Topics: Art of Border Walls & Spaces (1)

This courses spans cultures and time periods while addressing contemporary tangible and intangible borders between and within different societies. These divides include those between lived and supernatural worlds as well as literal and artistic walls that separate people. The course will end with a discussion of how art responds to refugee spaces as those spaces are reflected in the border wall debate of the United States. No S/U option. [AH]
