ENG 273 - Topics: Creative Journaling & the Book Arts (1)

Creativity leaps from mind to hand in this course! We design and create journals-producing French link stitch journals and multi-signature case bindings, as we learn creative journaling strategies, including photo-journaling projects, exploratory journal techniques and nature immersion journaling. We will study the journals of other artists and writers, and work with prompts and creative explorations that broaden and deepen the concept of the journal as a genre within creative writing.
