ECB 359 - Asset Valuation (1)This course focuses on topics of financial management that involve forecasting and valuations, including time value of money, financial analysis (ratio analysis and cash flow analysis), pro-forma, cost of capital, valuation methods, capital budgeting, and real options. The primary objective of this course is to provide students with a framework for analyzing financial information and to show how to apply this framework to do forecasting and valuations. This course integrates key concepts from finance, accounting, strategy and economics, and bridges the gap between ‘academic’ theory and ‘Wall Street’ practice. Prerequisites: ECB 151 and ECB 301 or ECB 302 ; and ECB 225 or ECB 243 or ECB 210
